Willow Hayes and I explored the grounds of this posh new apartment complex in the Valley. The ad calls it "resort living". It is a charming community, almost makes you forget that you will be throwing your money away on rent. See, unless your dead Uncle Jack bequeathed you half a million dollars, chances are that you will not be buying property in the Los Angeles area.
