Tipper Brannan is this cute, earthy doll of a woman that I met in the Bay Area. She is allergic to the touch of a razor, and I am alright with that. Tipper comes from Texas but has traveled around the country to work in the cannabis industry. She is wise beyond her years, insisting on mixing business with pleasure. San Francisco may be overcrowded and overpriced, but if you happen to live there, you will be humbled by the stench of dried human piss on a daily basis.
