muffia have a video doing the rounds with her in it, she claims she’s always had three, but the middle was enlarged to make it look mor ‘natural’ - if having three can ever look natural.
personally, it looks fake as hell.. even the fake baps in ‘total recall’ looked more authentic than this

Sorry, but in the video she says that the left and right breasts were enlarged to match the size of the center one (not that this really matters, except that you weren’t paying much attention to the audio ;P ). However, it certainly is possible that this is fake, but it’s also possible that it’s completely real:
I once knew a woman who went to the catholic church that I used to go to who had a similar arrangement of three (natural) breasts. It’s uncommon, but it’s not unheard of (look up polymastia if you’re really curious). I believe that the current record is a woman with 10 lactating breasts.
